Search and Cite Chrome Extension
Search and Cite is a Chrome extension designed to streamline the process of searching and citing literature within the LaTeX editing website Overleaf. The main purpose of this tool is to assist users in seamlessly finding and inserting citations while working on their academic papers.
To utilize this extension, users need to navigate to the settings options to input their ADS token and select other desired preferences. Although not fully supported yet, users can save their settings for future use. When working on a project in Overleaf, users must ensure they are in their .bib file with the cursor at the desired insertion point. By clicking the extension, entering the search text, and selecting the desired paper, the extension automatically inserts the bibtex code, which is also copied to the clipboard.
